My name is Ryan Brezek, and my goal is to compete at the highest level of college baseball while making a meaningful impact on and off the field. As a catcher, I pride myself on my work ethic, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement. I strive to be the hardest worker in every environment, whether it’s in the classroom, weight room, or on the field. Academically, I maintain a 4.8 weighted GPA, have completed four AP and seven Honors courses, and will take five AP courses during my junior year. Athletically, I was honored with my team’s 2026 Heart and Hustle Award, reflecting my dedication and team-first mentality. Behind the plate, I take pride in my receiving, blocking, and game management, while consistently putting the ball in play with exceptional plate discipline, striking out only five times in 52 plate appearances as a freshman. After overcoming an injury that limited my sophomore season, I developed an even greater appreciation for perseverance, resilience, and the value of being an outstanding teammate. I lead by example through discipline, accountability, and a relentless desire to improve every day. I am looking for a college program where I can continue to grow as a student-athlete, contribute to a winning culture, and compete at the highest level.
