Ryan Milone Cantillo 2029 | Chaminade High School, NY | RHP / INF / OF I’m Ryan Milone Cantillo, a 2029 student-athlete at Chaminade High School in New York. I’m a two-way baseball player who competes as a right-handed pitcher while also playing in the infield and outfield. I’m passionate about baseball and committed to becoming the best player and teammate I can be. I enjoy competing, learning from my coaches and teammates, and constantly working to improve the areas of my game that will help me contribute at the next level. Who I Am I would describe myself as competitive, coachable, hardworking, and team-oriented. I take pride in being the kind of teammate who brings energy every day and is willing to do whatever the team needs to win. I understand that baseball is a game of failure, and I try to use every challenge as an opportunity to learn and get better. Being a student-athlete at Chaminade has also taught me the importance of discipline, preparation, accountability, and representing my school and family the right way. My Goals My goal is to continue developing as a complete baseball player and earn the opportunity to play college baseball at a highly competitive program. On the field, I want to continue developing as a pitcher while becoming a more complete and versatile position player. I’m focused on improving my velocity, command, secondary pitches, defensive ability, and offensive consistency. My long-term goal is to play baseball at the highest level I can while earning a strong education and becoming someone my coaches and teammates can rely on. What Makes Me Stand Out I believe one of my biggest strengths is my versatility. I’m not limited to one position—I’m a right-handed pitcher who can also contribute in the infield and outfield. I enjoy being on the mound, but I also want to make an impact wherever my team needs me. I also believe my mindset separates me. I’m willing to put in the work when nobody is watching, accept coaching, and keep improving. I don't expect anything to be given to me. I want to earn opportunities through preparation, effort, and performance. Most importantly, I want coaches to know that I care about being a great teammate as much as being a good player. I want to be part of a program where players compete for each other, hold each other accountable, and work toward something bigger than themselves.
